Regency Fincorp Limited has received an ‘IVR BBB/Stable’ credit rating from Infomerics Valuation and Rating Limited, a SEBI-registered credit rating agency, for its proposed non-convertible debenture (NCD) issuance of up to Rs 100 crore.
The rating has been assigned to the company’s proposed NCDs and reflects Infomerics’ assessment of Regency Fincorp’s financial profile, risk management practices and lending framework.
