InCred Capital launches InCred Black for UHNI wealth

InCred Capital has launched InCred Black, a specialised wealth management platform aimed at ultra-high-net-worth individuals (UHNIs), unicorn founders, entrepreneurs and family offices, strengthening its presence in India’s high-value wealth management segment.

The launch comes as InCred’s wealth franchise crosses Rs 1 lakh crore in assets under management (AUM), highlighting the expanding scale of its wealth management business and its focus on catering to sophisticated investors and business families.

InCred Black will be led by Alok Agrawal, Harmeet Sahney and Zarksis Gotla, who have joined the platform as Co-Founders. The leadership team brings more than eight decades of collective experience and previously spent around 15 years building Avendus Wealth Management. Their professional experience also includes leading financial institutions such as Kotak Mahindra Bank, Barclays and Credit Suisse.

The platform enters the market amid a rise in startup liquidity events, public listings and inter-generational business transitions in India. These developments are creating more complex wealth management needs that extend beyond conventional private banking and mutual fund products.

InCred Black will focus on bespoke investment strategies, covering areas such as private credit, venture debt, pre-IPO secondaries and alternative investment funds (AIFs). The platform will also address the liquidity and financing requirements of entrepreneurs and promoters through structured financing solutions, loans against shares and capital restructuring.

A key focus of InCred Black will be providing institutional-grade wealth solutions and access to investment opportunities designed around the sophisticated requirements of UHNIs and family offices.

The experience and established relationships of its leadership team are expected to further strengthen InCred Black’s ability to serve entrepreneurs, promoters and business families with customised wealth strategies and advisory.

With its wealth franchise crossing Rs 1 lakh crore in AUM, InCred sees an opportunity to leverage its scale and balance-sheet capabilities to explore proprietary co-investment and syndication opportunities for its clients.

The launch of InCred Black marks InCred Capital’s push towards building a specialised wealth management platform for India’s growing UHNI ecosystem, combining customised investment solutions, institutional expertise and relationship-led advisory.
