Mynd Fintech, a subsidiary of M1xchange and a digital lending marketplace, has launched UFX (Unified Financing Xperience), a next-generation supply chain finance platform aimed at simplifying and centralising working capital management for large enterprises.
The platform brings together a wide range of supply chain finance solutions on a single interface. On the accounts payable side, UFX supports programmes such as TReDS, dynamic discounting, payable finance, reverse factoring, import factoring and buyer’s credit. On the accounts receivable side, it enables dealer finance, sales invoice discounting, export factoring, export letters of credit and bill discounting.
As supply chain finance programmes expand in size and complexity, corporate finance teams increasingly struggle with fragmented systems, multiple lender portals and limited real-time visibility. UFX addresses these challenges by providing a unified, secure platform that allows enterprises to manage both domestic and cross-border financing programmes across multiple fund providers.
The platform integrates deeply with enterprise resource planning systems and connects with more than 70 banks, non-banking financial companies, factors and TReDS platforms, enabling a largely automated and touchless transaction experience.
UFX also offers flexibility in working capital strategies. Corporates can shift between early payment and dynamic discounting to capture cash discounts or arbitrage opportunities, or move to deferred payment structures to extend days payable outstanding and preserve liquidity. On the receivables side, real-time tracking of financed invoices improves cash flow forecasting and financial decision-making.
Sundeep Mohindru, Promoter and Director, M1 Group, said the platform is designed to help enterprises move beyond managing complexity towards actively optimising working capital outcomes, with greater visibility, control and strategic flexibility for CFOs and treasury teams.
Backed by the M1 Group’s supply chain finance ecosystem and experience across more than 100 ERP integrations, UFX positions itself as a single source of truth for enterprises seeking scale, efficiency and smarter working capital management. The platform is further supported by machine learning-driven discount prediction, configurable enterprise workflows and automated invoice processing to ensure audit-ready and scalable operations.
