WSFx Global Pay Ltd. has launched GlobalPay Connect, a Forex Card Distribution Platform designed to enable RBI-authorized forex businesses to become Authorized GlobalPay Forex Card Distributors.
The company said the platform allows partners to offer secure, multi-currency forex card solutions to their customers while creating new business and revenue opportunities.
GlobalPay Connect is open to Authorized Dealer Category-II (AD II) Forex Dealers, Full-Fledged Money Changers (FFMCs) and banks. Through the platform, these institutions can add GlobalPay’s multi-currency forex cards to their product portfolio. The cards support 30 currencies, are accepted in more than 180 countries, feature Tap & Pay functionality and offer load and reload services through the GlobalPay App.
The platform also provides distributors with a streamlined onboarding process, dedicated relationship management, marketing and business development support, operational assistance, and access to GlobalPay’s technology and compliance infrastructure. According to the company, the initiative is aimed at helping partners grow their business while offering forex services to travellers, students, corporates and international remitters.
GlobalPay said the launch marks a key step in its growth strategy as it expands from being a forex card issuer to building a nationwide distribution ecosystem through strategic partnerships. The company added that its experience of more than four decades in the foreign exchange sector, RBI Authorized Dealer Category-II licence, BSE listing and pan-India presence will support the initiative.
Srikrishna Narasimhan, CEO and Whole-Time Director, GlobalPay, said the launch of GlobalPay Connect represents an important strategic milestone in the company’s expansion through trusted partners. He said institutions with the required regulatory credentials and customer reach can now access a compliant and scalable forex solution that supports their business growth.
He added that the initiative will expand access to secure multi-currency forex cards while equipping partners with the tools, support and expertise needed to build a sustainable business. He also said GlobalPay remains focused on strengthening India’s foreign exchange ecosystem through collaboration, innovation and long-term partnerships as cross-border travel, overseas education and global mobility continue to grow.
The company said rising outbound travel, international education and overseas business activities are driving demand for secure foreign exchange solutions. Through GlobalPay Connect, it aims to strengthen India’s forex infrastructure, expand access to forex card solutions and build a technology-enabled, partner-led ecosystem that combines regulatory compliance with customer-focused innovation.
