Easebuzz has reported profitable growth for FY26, with revenue rising to Rs 723 crore from Rs 659 crore in FY25. The company’s annual Gross Transaction Value (GTV) reached nearly US$ 50 billion during the financial year.
The company said it has remained profitable since its inception and reported a profit after tax (PAT) of Rs 11.15 crore in FY26. Easebuzz now serves more than 3 lakh businesses across India and processes over 3 million transactions every day.
During FY26, Easebuzz secured all three key Payment Aggregator authorisations from the Reserve Bank of India, covering Online (PA-O), Physical (PA-P) and Cross Border (PA-CB) payments. The company said this places it among a select group of payment fintech firms with the complete set of approvals.
The company also launched Banking Connect IBMB, an interoperable net and mobile banking platform developed in partnership with NPCI Bharat BillPay Limited (NBBL), further strengthening its payments infrastructure.
Easebuzz said it has continued to build industry-specific payment and financial workflow solutions by combining payment infrastructure with SaaS capabilities. The company stated that this approach has helped deepen customer engagement while expanding beyond payment acceptance into broader financial operations management.

Rohit Prasad, MD and CEO, Easebuzz, said FY26 was a defining year for the company as it strengthened its position as a full-stack payments and financial infrastructure platform through profitable growth, regulatory milestones and product innovation. He said the company’s focus on building verticalised payments and sector-specific SaaS solutions has helped strengthen customer relationships across industries.
He added that Easebuzz will continue investing in technology, compliance and innovation to support the next phase of India’s digital economy while progressing towards its long-term vision of becoming a Financial Operating System for Indian businesses.
According to the company, its verticalisation strategy has enabled it to develop specialised SaaS solutions with embedded payments for sectors including education, government, real estate, financial services, healthcare, housing societies, travel and religious institutions. The platform combines payment infrastructure, reconciliation capabilities, workflow automation and industry-specific software solutions to simplify financial operations for businesses.
Easebuzz also expanded its payment offerings across UPI, cards, net banking, wallets, recurring payments, subscriptions, international payments and offline acceptance, while strengthening fraud prevention, compliance and risk management capabilities.
The company said it invested significantly during FY26 in building a full-stack financial infrastructure platform that includes digital payment acceptance, payouts, onboarding, banking integrations, affordability solutions, verification APIs and workflow automation. Easebuzz also stated that it is targeting a public listing over the next two to three years.
