Dailoqa has announced the successful deployment of AU Small Finance Bank’s AI-native loan origination system, developed on Dailoqa’s enterprise-grade Broccoli platform.
The deployment, executed in partnership with Amazon Web Services, marks a significant milestone in AU Small Finance Bank’s transition towards becoming a fully AI-native banking institution.
According to the company, the newly deployed loan origination system replaces traditional siloed and product-specific legacy systems with a context-driven and hyper-personalised sales and servicing platform. The system is designed to move beyond fixed digital workflows, enabling bank employees to focus more on customer financial wellbeing rather than operational software management.
The Broccoli platform, Dailoqa’s proprietary multi-agent AI orchestration system, has been specifically developed to address the regulatory and operational complexities of the financial services industry.
Dailoqa stated that the implementation follows a platform-driven approach without relying on standalone proof-of-concept models or layering AI agents onto existing legacy digital infrastructure. The company said the deployment is expected to reduce change cycles, lower cost of ownership compared with traditional SaaS digital platforms, eliminate technical debt, and support rapid workforce reskilling for AI-enabled operations.
With the AI-native loan origination system now operational, the partnership is moving towards full-scale implementation for commercial banking customers and mortgage solutions.
