Rezolv has raised $12.5 million in a Series A funding round led by Norwest, taking its total funding to $16 million.
The round also saw participation from Vertex Ventures Southeast Asia and India, along with existing investor 3one4 Capital.
Founded in 2024 by Karan Mehta and Sonali Jindal, Rezolv is developing an AI-native technology platform for banks and non-banking financial companies. Its solutions are designed to support and automate key lending functions, including customer engagement, underwriting, risk assessment, collections and recoveries.
The company plans to use the latest funding to enhance its AI capabilities across the lending value chain and further strengthen its technology platform. Rezolv initially focused on debt resolution and collections and is now expanding its offerings towards a broader AI-powered operating system for lenders.
Rezolv currently works with more than 22 banks and NBFCs. Its AI-powered solutions facilitate around 6.5 million minutes of borrower conversations every month across more than 12 million loan accounts.
Its client portfolio includes AU Small Finance Bank, ICICI Bank, Poonawalla Fincorp, Five-Star Business Finance and Muthoot Capital.
The company’s platform offers capabilities such as bounce prediction, self-cure prediction, payment likelihood assessment, conversation intelligence and multilingual voice bots. Its Strategy Builder has reportedly delivered a 35 per cent improvement in bounce and resolution rates.
The latest investment follows Rezolv’s $3.5 million seed funding round in March 2025, which was led by 3one4 Capital.
With the new capital, Rezolv aims to deepen the adoption of artificial intelligence across India’s lending ecosystem and help financial institutions improve operational efficiency, customer engagement and lending outcomes.
