CoRover and Intel Roll Out Offline BharatGPT Mini on Intel Edge Platform

CoRover and Intel have announced the launch of offline BharatGPT Mini, a Sovereign AI solution developed for enterprises and government organisations. The platform is designed to deliver secure, multilingual and low-latency AI experiences without requiring internet connectivity, making it suitable for sectors such as defence, healthcare, BFSI, retail and rural service delivery.

The solution focuses on data sovereignty, privacy and operational reliability, offering enterprises and public institutions the ability to run AI models on edge devices without relying on cloud infrastructure. Its multilingual support and offline capability aim to expand access to AI in regions with limited connectivity while reducing computing and cloud-related costs.

Offline BharatGPT Mini is powered by Intel technologies, including Intel Core Ultra processors and the OpenVINO Toolkit, enabling optimised performance, scalability and enhanced security. The collaboration supports the deployment of efficient AI systems that meet the requirements of sensitive and mission-critical environments.

The partnership aligns with India’s broader objective of promoting indigenous innovation and strengthening self-reliance in advanced technologies. By equipping organisations with secure, scalable and locally operable AI tools, CoRover and Intel aim to accelerate adoption across multiple industries.

Ankush Sabharwal, Founder & CEO, CoRover, said the launch of BharatGPT Mini will empower businesses and governments with advanced offline AI capabilities capable of driving impact across sectors.
