Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has informed the stock exchanges about the execution of a service agreement with HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited, in accordance with Regulation 30 of the SEBI (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015.
The Company has entered into the agreement to provide HDFC ERGO General Insurance Company Limited with its Zaggle Propel reward platform. The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and is categorised as a service agreement, with a tenure of three years.
As per the disclosure, the agreement does not involve any interest from the promoter, promoter group or group companies of Zaggle in the entity awarding the contract. The transaction also does not fall under related party transactions.
The necessary details have been submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited, along with Annexure A, as required under SEBI regulations and the relevant circular dated 11 November 2024.
