super.money has launched splitStore, a commerce and credit offering that allows eligible users to divide purchases into multiple repayments directly through its UPI application.
Developed with regulated lending partners, the offering is integrated into the checkout journey. Eligible customers can access zero-interest and zero-fee repayment options, subject to KYC verification and other eligibility criteria.
splitStore allows users to browse products across categories such as mobile phones, fashion, electronics, appliances, beauty, fitness, food, home and furniture. The platform features brands including Apple, Nike, Adidas, Marshall and Nothing, while product fulfilment is supported by Flipkart’s delivery infrastructure, according to the company.
The launch expands super.money’s UPI platform into commerce and embedded finance. The company said the offering is designed to provide greater payment flexibility while enabling new-to-credit users to build a formal credit history through their repayment behaviour.
Prakash Sikaria, Founder and Chief Executive Officer of super.money, said the company aims to combine UPI payments with access to credit within the checkout experience, with a focus on affordability and responsible credit usage.
Unlike a revolving credit model, splitStore provides customers with defined repayment plans rather than an open-ended credit line. The company said the service does not include processing or late-payment fees.
The offering has initially been made available to a select group of users on the super.money app, with a broader rollout underway.
