Probus secures Great Place To Work certification with 96 per cent rating

Probus has once again been recognised as a Great Place To Work Certified organisation for 2026–2027, achieving an impressive 96 per cent employee satisfaction score for the second consecutive year, underscoring the company’s focus on building a people-centric workplace culture.

The recognition highlights the organisation’s continued efforts to create an environment where employees feel valued, supported and empowered to grow professionally. While the insurance broking industry is traditionally driven by performance metrics, Probus has placed significant emphasis on cultivating a workplace culture centred on inclusivity, collaboration and individual development.

Operating across more than 40 branches throughout India, the company maintained an average score of 94 per cent across all survey categories, reflecting a consistent employee experience across locations. Whether employees are based at the company’s headquarters in Mumbai or working from regional offices, the survey results indicate a shared sense of support and engagement across the organisation.

The company’s workforce composition also reflects its commitment to diversity and inclusion. Women currently make up more than 40 per cent of the Probus workforce, a milestone that has contributed to the company being recognised among India’s Best Workplaces for Women 2025 by Great Place To Work India. The organisation attributes this achievement to flexible work arrangements and career development initiatives designed to support women professionals.

The certification is based on the Trust Index Survey, a global benchmarking system developed by Great Place To Work. The evaluation framework is built on more than three decades of research and insights gathered from over 100 million employees worldwide, making it one of the most widely recognised measures of workplace culture and employee trust.

Commenting on the recognition, Rakesh Goyal said that the foundation of a strong organisation lies in its people. He noted that while certifications are important milestones, the real measure of success is how employees feel about their workplace on a daily basis. According to him, the company’s people-first culture has contributed to more than 40 per cent business growth in recent years, alongside sustained profitability.

As Probus continues to expand its presence across India, the certification reinforces its commitment to maintaining a transparent, empowering and inclusive work environment while supporting the long-term growth of its workforce.
