The Centre has re-appointed M Rajeshwar Rao as Deputy Governor at the Reserve Bank of India, a statement from the central bank informed yesterday.
The appointment is for a period of one year with effect from 9th October, 2023, or until further orders, whichever is earlier, the statement added.
Rao had joined RBI in 1984.
