L&T Finance Ltd. (LTF) has announced the launch of ‘Pitch Point’, a competition for AI start-ups ahead of RAISE’25, India’s premier AI-themed event for the BFSI sector.
The initiative invites early to growth-stage AI start-ups from both BFSI and non-BFSI domains to showcase their innovative solutions before a panel comprising venture capitalists, senior LTF management, and industry leaders.
Two winners will each receive Rs 25 lakh in prize money, alongside opportunities to explore Proof of Concept (PoC) discussions with LTF or other L&T Group companies, and potential equity funding conversations with the L&T Innovation Fund.
Highlighting the company’s focus on technology-led transformation, Sudipta Roy, Managing Director and CEO, L&T Finance Ltd., said, “Given our sharp focus on leveraging next-gen AI technologies to transform lending, Pitch Point is a significant step towards identifying and mentoring the next generation of game-changing start-ups. It reinforces our commitment to fostering innovation and exploring the broader applications of AI across industries.”
Start-ups applying for Pitch Point must align their solutions with one of L&T’s key focus areas, including cybersecurity, rural and agri FinTech, generative AI, embedded finance, blockchain, AI-driven credit scoring, regtech, digital advisory, and geospatial AI, among others.
Applications are open until 20 October 2025, with the final shortlist announced on 1 November 2025. The grand finale will take place at RAISE’25 on 7 November 2025 at the Jio World Convention Centre, Mumbai.
