Fibe has launched Credit AI Radar (CAIR), an AI-powered credit intelligence and management platform aimed at helping consumers better understand, manage and improve their credit health through personalised insights and guidance.
Available on Fibe’s website, CAIR is designed to move beyond the traditional credit score by providing users with a deeper understanding of the factors influencing their credit profile and offering practical recommendations to strengthen their financial health.
The platform combines data from multiple credit bureaus with FibeSense, the company’s proprietary AI intelligence system. At the heart of CAIR is Fiora, an AI chatbot that answers users’ credit-related questions in simple language and provides personalised insights based on their credit history.
Users can ask questions such as their six-month credit trend, repayment history or credit habits and receive easy-to-understand responses supported by visual data. Fiora is available in Hindi, English, Marathi, Tamil, Telugu and Kannada, making the platform accessible to a wider audience across India.
CAIR also includes goal-based credit improvement plans and score simulation tools, allowing users to understand how specific financial actions could impact their credit profile before making borrowing decisions. The platform highlights factors such as high credit utilisation and recent hard enquiries while suggesting steps to improve credit health.
According to Fibe, CAIR operates using customer data shared with explicit consent and follows the company’s data privacy practices.
Commenting on the launch, Balakrishnan Narayanan, Chief Product & Analytics Officer at Fibe, said responsible borrowing starts with awareness, and CAIR aims to help users understand the broader factors that lenders consider while evaluating creditworthiness, enabling them to make informed financial decisions.
Fibe said the platform has been introduced as formal credit adoption continues to expand across India, particularly in Tier 2 and Tier 3 cities, creating greater demand for simple and accessible tools to help consumers build stronger credit habits.
