Federal Bank has unveiled The Fortuna Wave, its refreshed brand identity, marking the bank’s evolution towards a more contemporary and future-ready presence. The launch took place in Mumbai in the presence of the bank’s leadership and brand ambassador Vidya Balan.
The new identity is designed to enhance brand recognition and differentiation while creating a distinct and consistent visual language across physical and digital touchpoints. The Fortuna Wave represents authenticity, prosperity, and togetherness, values that the bank seeks to build with customers, investors, and employees.
The refresh reflects Federal Bank’s progression from a locally trusted institution to a national player with a growing global presence. It aligns with the bank’s efforts to increase wallet share, scale new businesses, and leverage technology to create experiential differentiation across consumer segments and markets.
The updated wordmark features a more fluid and rounded typeface, retaining the italicised style and familiar yellow underline to preserve visual continuity. The boxed structure has been removed to allow greater adaptability across digital platforms. The Fortuna Wave insignia has also been modernised to serve as a central element of the bank’s brand expression.
