CapitalXB adopts Biz2X to accelerate MSME trade finance

CapitalXB Finance has integrated the Biz2X platform across customer onboarding, loan origination, underwriting, documentation and portfolio management as it builds a technology-driven trade finance ecosystem.

The RBI-regulated NBFC-Factor said the deployment has cut KYC and onboarding timelines from two to three days to less than an hour. AI-supported credit assessment has also improved credit turnaround times by more than 80 per cent.

CapitalXB is targeting more than $104.55 million in disbursements through the platform over the next 12–18 months and expects to support more than 250 new SMEs and MSMEs. The company also plans to broaden financing across domestic and international trade corridors through a partner-led cross-border model.

Taranjit S Jaswal, Managing Director and CEO, CapitalXB, said, “We are building an integrated trade-finance platform that combines credit, technology, regulatory infrastructure and institutional capital distribution.”

The Biz2X deployment combines AI and automation across underwriting, monitoring and operational processes, while credit policies and sanctioning remain under institutional oversight. The architecture is designed to help CapitalXB increase transaction volumes without a proportional rise in operational complexity or credit headcount.

Rohit Arora, Co-Founder and CEO, Biz2Credit and Biz2X, said, “The future of supply chain finance will be built on intelligent platforms combining AI, automation and data to make credit faster, more transparent and more scalable.”
