BizMobia Software has signed a technology development and service-level agreement with Integrated Technologies Africa Group (Pty) Ltd (ITAG), trading as Duela, a South African FinTech company, to design and build a digital lay-bye (layaway) payment Solution.
Under the agreement, BizMobia has led software development, platform maintenance, and technical support for the solution, which allows consumers to select flexible, structured payment arrangements when purchasing goods online.
The platform’s features include tiered user verification, payment tracking, and merchant e-commerce integration, with third-party API integrations completed as part of the build.
Mohammad Kalam, CEO, BizMobia said, “This collaboration reflects BizMobia’s continued focus on building white-label financial infrastructure that helps our partners bring new, accessible payment experiences to their markets”.
ITAG is launching this product in many more other countries starting with South Africa.
