SBI Card and Eternal unveil co-branded Eternal SBI Card

SBI Card and Eternal Limited have announced the launch of the Eternal SBI Card, a co-branded credit card designed for customers across Eternal and its affiliates.

Early access is now open through the Zomato, Blinkit and District apps, where customers can sign up to receive an invitation to apply once the card becomes available from 22 October 2026 in a phase-wise manner.

The card is among the first in its category to offer instant discounts across multiple brands within a single ecosystem. Cardholders will get a 10% instant discount on transactions on Zomato, District and Bistro, as well as on Blinkit purchases in the electronics and beauty categories. Other categories on Blinkit will carry a 5% instant discount, with certain exclusions such as infant food products, tobacco-related items and precious metal jewellery. These discounts are subject to a combined cap of ₹2,000 per month and come over and above existing platform offers. Cardholders can also avail a complimentary movie ticket every month on the purchase of one ticket through District, capped at ₹200 off on the second ticket.

Beyond the Eternal ecosystem, the card offers 5% cashback of up to ₹1,000 a month on spends with Apollo 24|7, ixigo, Uber and Urban Company, along with 1% cashback of up to ₹500 a month on other eligible spends. Cashback is credited automatically to the cardholder’s SBI Card account as a statement credit on statement generation.

The card carries a joining fee of ₹499, on payment of which cardholders receive a six-month complimentary Zomato Gold membership as a welcome benefit. The annual fee is waived on achieving annual spends of ₹2,00,000 in the previous year. The card also provides a 1% fuel surcharge waiver of up to ₹200 per statement cycle, while a 3.5% markup applies on all foreign currency spends. It is available on both the Mastercard and RuPay networks, and customers can apply through the Zomato, Blinkit or District apps via a fully digital onboarding process.

Salila Pande, Managing Director & Chief Executive Officer, SBI Card, said, “SBI Card has always strived to bring products for its customers that are customised as per their diverse lifestyle and preferences, offering maximum value and enhanced experience. Launch of the Eternal SBI Card in strategic alliance with Eternal reflects this commitment. Designed around customer’s everyday spending needs, the card brings together compelling cashback benefits, convenience, and value across a wide range of categories. The launch will bolster our retail co-brand credit card portfolio.”

Akshant Goyal, Chief Financial Officer, Eternal, said, “‘Get more out of every day’ is the core belief the Eternal SBI Card is built on. There’s a strong opportunity to create more value around the high-frequency transactions that are already a part of our customers’ lives. With Zomato, Blinkit and District at the centre, the card brings together these every day spends in one ecosystem, while extending value beyond it.”

SBI Card has a base of over 22.6 million cards in force and offers a portfolio spanning lifestyle, rewards, travel and fuel, banking partnership and corporate cards. Eternal, founded in 2008, is India’s largest new-age tech organisation by market capitalisation and the first tech company to join the BSE Sensex. Its businesses span food delivery through Zomato, quick commerce through Blinkit, going-out offerings through District and B2B supplies through Hyperpure.
