FincFriends strengthens inclusive growth through multi-sector CSR initiatives

FincFriends has reinforced its commitment to inclusive and sustainable development through a series of Corporate Social Responsibility (CSR) initiatives undertaken during FY 2025–26.

The company has partnered with Smile Foundation, Udhyam Learning Foundation and Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad (Ekal Abhiyan) to support programmes spanning healthcare, education, livelihoods and rural community development.

As part of its healthcare initiative, FincFriends has supported the development of a Mobile Medical Unit (MMU) in partnership with Smile Foundation to improve access to primary healthcare services in underserved communities. The unit is expected to reach around 15,000 beneficiaries through OPD services and approximately 1,500 additional beneficiaries through specialised health camps.

The fully equipped medical vehicle includes a dedicated examination area, medical storage and essential safety and operational facilities, enabling healthcare teams to provide consultations and specialised health camps directly within communities.

FincFriends is also supporting livelihood and entrepreneurship programmes through its partnership with Udhyam Learning Foundation. The initiative supports more than 200 micro-entrepreneurs, including food vendors in Bengaluru and istri vyapaaris in Kanpur and Lucknow, with a focus on strengthening livelihoods and entrepreneurial capabilities.

Through its association with Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad (Ekal Abhiyan), the company is further supporting single-teacher schools across 195 villages in Uttar Pradesh, reaching around 5,850 children through foundational education and community development initiatives.

Artem Andreev, CEO, FincFriends, said the company views financial inclusion as extending beyond access to credit and emphasised the importance of creating opportunities that help individuals and communities build more secure and sustainable futures.

The company said its CSR initiatives address diverse community needs, from improving healthcare access and supporting small entrepreneurs to strengthening educational opportunities for children in rural areas.

Through its partnerships with Smile Foundation, Udhyam Learning Foundation and Bharat Lok Shiksha Parishad, FincFriends aims to expand the impact of its CSR efforts across healthcare, livelihoods and education, contributing to more inclusive growth and sustainable community development.
