Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has entered into an agreement with Hitachi Cash Management Services Private Limited, marking a new milestone in its enterprise solutions business.
As per the disclosure made to the National Stock Exchange of India and BSE Limited, Zaggle will provide its flagship solution, Zaggle Propel, to Hitachi Cash Management Services under a services agreement spanning three years.
The company confirmed that the order is domestic in nature and not classified as a related party transaction. This collaboration is expected to enhance Hitachi’s employee engagement and reward management through Zaggle’s technology-driven platform.
The agreement underscores Zaggle’s continued focus on expanding its partnerships across industries while delivering tailored fintech and SaaS-based enterprise solutions.
