Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited (Zaggle) has announced that it has entered into an agreement with Suryoday Small Finance Bank Limited to provide its comprehensive solution, Zaggle Save, for employee expense management and benefits.
The agreement, executed under the Securities and Exchange Board of India (Listing Obligations and Disclosure Requirements) Regulations, 2015, outlines that Zaggle will deliver its technology-driven platform to Suryoday Small Finance Bank over a period of two years.
The engagement focuses on streamlining employee expense processes and enhancing benefits management for the bank’s workforce.
Zaggle confirmed that the partnership is strictly domestic and does not fall under any related-party transactions. Furthermore, there is no promoter or group company interest involved in this deal.
Avinash Ramesh Godkhindi, Managing Director and Chief Executive Officer, Zaggle, stated that this collaboration reflects Zaggle’s continued commitment to empowering organisations with innovative solutions that enhance operational efficiency and employee experience.
