U GRO Capital has raised equity capital of Rs 1,332.66 crore in CCDs and Warrants, along with the acquisition of ‘My Shubh Life’ (MSL), a fintech platform, a statement from U GRO Capital notified.
According to the statement, over the last five years, U GRO Capital has raised approximately Rs 2,600 crores of Institutional Equity Capital, built a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise (MSME)-dedicated loan book of Rs 9,050 crore with the support of over 50 domestic and global lending partners, and have leadership position in MSME co-lending.
The company’s DataTech approach towards small business financing with support of its partners is giving it the confidence that U GRO is an institution in making, added the statement.
