PhonePe has announced a strategic collaboration with OpenAI, to accelerate the adoption of ChatGPT in India and drive mutual business growth.
The partnership will enable PhonePe users to access ChatGPT’s capabilities directly through the PhonePe platform, allowing more Indians to experience the benefits of advanced AI in their everyday lives.
Through this collaboration, ChatGPT will be discoverable across the PhonePe consumer app and the PhonePe for Business app, leveraging the broader strength of the PhonePe ecosystem, including the Indus Appstore.
By integrating ChatGPT’s conversational intelligence into the platform, PhonePe aims to enhance user experience through smarter, more relevant assistance for daily tasks, from planning travel to shopping decisions.
