PayMe has inaugurated its first offline branch in Delhi NCR, marking a key step in its expansion strategy and commitment to improving access to formal credit.
With the launch of the branch, PayMe will offer Loan Against Property (LAP) products of up to Rs 20 lakh, covering both residential and commercial properties, including owned and rented assets. The LAP offerings come with flexible repayment tenures ranging from three to ten years, enabling borrowers to unlock secured credit with greater ease.
In addition, the branch will provide Personal Loans of up to Rs 5 lakh, catering to salaried professionals, retailers, and micro and small business owners, segments that often struggle with timely access to structured financing.
The offline foray complements PayMe’s existing digital lending ecosystem, which includes both secured and unsecured loan products, along with SaaS-based FinTech solutions delivered through its technology arm, Huey Tech. By combining technology-led underwriting with in-person customer engagement, PayMe aims to offer faster approvals, greater transparency, and more personalised lending experiences.
Commenting on the launch, Mahesh Shukla, Founder and CEO, PayMe, said that while digital lending has expanded rapidly, many borrowers still need hands-on guidance and trust-driven interactions. He added that the new branch reflects PayMe’s long-term focus on ethical, inclusive, and transparent financial services.
The branch was formally inaugurated today with a ribbon-cutting ceremony, followed by media interactions.
