Intellect Design Arena Limited has been selected by Parama Credit Union to support its digital transformation through the deployment of the eMACH.ai Digital Engagement Platform (DEP), aimed at enhancing the banking experience for more than 6,500 members.
The announcement highlights the collaboration as part of Parama’s broader strategy to modernise its digital infrastructure and deliver a more personalised banking experience.
Through the partnership, Intellect’s eMACH.ai DEP platform will enable Parama to introduce a range of digital capabilities designed to improve customer engagement and operational efficiency. The platform’s API-first and microservices-based architecture will help the credit union launch new financial products faster while delivering enhanced digital services to members.
The solution will also support improved security and convenience through features such as real-time alerts, predictive recommendations and self-service card management tools. In addition, automated workflows and integrated campaign management capabilities are expected to streamline back-office processes and strengthen operational efficiency.
The platform operates on a shared multi-tenant, cloud-native SaaS model, enabling scalability and cost optimisation while allowing the credit union to adapt quickly to changing member expectations and market dynamics.
Commenting on the partnership, Tarmo Lõbu, Chief Executive Officer, Parama Credit Union, said the collaboration reflects the organisation’s commitment to evolving while remaining true to its community-focused approach. He noted that the platform would provide the agility and intelligent infrastructure needed to accelerate growth and deliver modern banking experiences for its expanding membership.
Rajesh Saxena, Chief Executive Officer, Intellect Global Consumer Banking, said the partnership reinforces Intellect’s position as a preferred technology partner for credit unions in Canada seeking to modernise their digital capabilities. He added that the eMACH.ai platform has been designed to support community-driven institutions while enabling innovation through agile, cloud-based technology.
The collaboration underscores the growing role of advanced financial technology platforms in helping credit unions modernise operations and deliver more intuitive digital services to their members.
