Janata Sahakari Bank Pune (JSBL) has chosen the TCS BaNCS Global Banking Platform to modernise its core and digital banking systems and improve operational efficiency.
Tata Consultancy Services (TCS) has been chosen to deploy its integrated banking product suite to support JSBL Pune’s digital transformation, aimed at enhancing efficiencies and customer experience across channels.
Through this transformation, JSBL Pune has adopted a new-age core and digital banking solution covering core banking, payments, trade finance, and AML and KYC compliance capabilities. The bank has planned to accelerate growth, strengthen risk controls, improve credit quality, and enhance the overall customer experience.
JSBL, recognised as one of India’s leading urban co-operative banks with a nationwide presence, has provided savings accounts, deposit services, loans, credit facilities, and digital banking services to individuals and local and semi-urban businesses.
