Go Digit General Insurance has partnered with Anvayaa Kin Care to expand its wellness benefits portfolio by introducing structured senior-care support services for policyholders’ families.
Under the partnership, Digit customers can access a curated eldercare experience package priced at Rs 499. The package includes 24×7 medical emergency assistance, an annual consultation with a geriatric specialist, and regular virtual check-ins by a dedicated health manager to coordinate appointments and ongoing care for elderly parents. It also offers 30 monthly virtual engagement sessions aimed at fostering senior community interaction.
In addition, policyholders will benefit from preferential rates on a broader suite of services, including medical and non-medical companion visits, at-home doctor consultations, physiotherapy support, nurse-on-call services, and medical equipment rentals.
The collaboration reflects a growing shift in the insurance sector toward preventive care and ecosystem-driven engagement, particularly as urban nuclear families and geographically dispersed households seek reliable support systems for ageing parents.
Prashanth Reddy, Founder and Managing Director, Anvayaa Kin Care, said eldercare has become essential for families balancing distance and busy lifestyles. He added that preventive healthcare models can help reduce emergency admissions and high-cost interventions while easing caregiver stress.
Vivek Chaturvedi, CMO and Head of Direct Sales, Digit Insurance, noted that integrating personalized eldercare services into the insurer’s wellness ecosystem provides customers with a single touchpoint to better support their parents and elders during critical moments.
The eldercare package is positioned as an optional benefit for Digit customers. Founded in 2016, Anvayaa provides emergency coordination, healthcare assistance, daily support services and remote engagement solutions for senior citizens across Indian cities.
