Zaggle signs agreement with CNH Industrial India

Zaggle Prepaid Ocean Services Limited has entered into an agreement with CNH Industrial (India) Private Limited to provide its Zaggle Propel rewards platform, marking a strategic collaboration aimed at strengthening employee engagement and rewards programmes.

The company disclosed the development through a regulatory filing submitted to the National Stock Exchange of India Limited and BSE Limited. The agreement has been signed for a period of three years and will see Zaggle deploy its Propel rewards platform to support CNH Industrial India’s employee incentive and recognition initiatives.

Under the terms of the agreement, Zaggle will deliver its technology-driven rewards platform designed to simplify and streamline corporate rewards management. The platform enables organisations to manage incentive programmes, employee engagement initiatives and performance-linked rewards through a digital ecosystem.

The contract has been awarded by a domestic entity and is structured as a standard service agreement. Zaggle clarified that the arrangement does not involve any related party transactions and that neither the promoter group nor associated entities have any interest in the contracting organisation.

The partnership reflects the growing demand among large enterprises for integrated digital solutions that can efficiently manage corporate benefits and reward programmes while improving employee engagement.

The company informed stock exchanges that the agreement forms part of its ongoing efforts to expand the reach of its enterprise rewards platform among large corporate clients in India.
