Juniper Group has announced the acquisition of Tagit Singapore Pte Ltd., a global digital banking solutions provider known for helping banks modernise customer engagement across life stages.
Following the acquisition, Tagit will operate as part of the TSI Group, a division of Juniper Group headquartered in Chennai, India. This marks the third acquisition by TSI Group since joining Juniper Group in 2020, and the second acquisition within its core Indian market.
Founded in Singapore, Tagit is best known for its Mobeix Digital Banking Platform, an open API, cloud-native solution supported by a suite of ready-to-deploy products including retail banking, corporate banking, family banking, and digital onboarding solutions. The platform enables banks to deliver secure, personalised digital experiences while reducing dependence on large internal development teams.
Tagit’s technology currently supports banks in processing transactions exceeding USD 100 billion annually, helping financial institutions accelerate time-to-market and scale digital services efficiently.
The acquisition strengthens TSI Group’s portfolio, which already includes TSI and SysArc, both serving leading financial institutions globally. By bringing Tagit into the group, Juniper aims to deepen its digital banking capabilities while offering Tagit access to broader market expertise and long-term operational support.
