Bank of Baroda has signed an agreement with NSDL Database Management Ltd. (NDML) to provide integrated technical and banking support for the Agency Bank operations of the Office of the Registrar General, Ministry of Home Affairs (Vital Statistics Division), in Maharashtra.
Under the collaboration, NDML will act as the Technical Service Provider (TSP), while Bank of Baroda will oversee collections, remittances to the Reserve Bank of India, reconciliation, and management information systems (MIS) through the e-Kuber platform.
The partnership aims to streamline financial operations and enhance efficiency in government transactions through seamless coordination between technical and banking systems.
The agreement was formalised in the presence of senior officials from both organisations, including Sunil Kumar Sharma, General Manager and Zonal Head, Bank of Baroda, and Sameer Gupte, MD & CEO of NDML.
